Wellness Coaching

Sometimes you need more than quick tips, you need a partner who understands your life and keeps you accountable. Through 1:1 coaching, we work together to design a sustainable wellness plan that fits your schedule, your energy, and your personal goals. Using my S.C.A.L.E. framework (Self-Assessment, Consistency, Accountability, Learning, Empowerment), we’ll:

  • Build realistic movement and habit strategies that fit into busy days. 

  • Overcome roadblocks like time, motivation, or self-doubt.

Gentle Wellness Hike/Walk

Healing Through Art
